Contact Moxby
Your setup inquiry starts a discussion, not an order.
Ask about a Moxby team workspace setup or a browser assistant for teams. Describe the routine you want to improve and the result you need. Use the form below or contact Moxby directly in Austin, Texas, United States.
How commercial scope is discussedThe basis depends on the requested product area and the environment to be checked. Website actions also need permission and feasibility review. There is no published rate, online payment or binding quote here. Any later commercial proposal uses USD.
No account or payment details are needed to ask a question.
If your message concerns your personal data, use the separate data-request route below.
Tell us what needs to change.
Start with the current routine and the point where it becomes unclear. If the request involves a browser, name the public website or describe the page without copying a private link.
Safe inquiry notes
Send the question, not the account.
You can describe a blocked handoff without sending the document behind it. Say where the instruction comes from and what the next person cannot tell. A short invented example, identified as such, is more useful than a confidential file whose contents have to be avoided.
For a browser request, a public website name is enough to establish the subject. Do not paste a signed-in URL, a password-reset link or a link that grants document access. Those links can contain access information even when their visible text looks ordinary.
Leave payment information out entirely. Nothing is sold through this form. You will not be asked for card details to make the request more complete.

Still choosing the product areas?
The setup builder is a single option sheet for the workspace and browser-side areas. It helps describe a workspace with browser assistant without asking you to decide a technical implementation. Its output is a requested specification, not a price or a compatibility result.

Use the dedicated route for access, correction or deletion. You can also email [email protected]. Identify the correspondence you mean without sending an identity document or a password in the first message.

Tell us which control is causing difficulty and how you are trying to use it. A device or browser description can help, but a screenshot of private information is not needed. Email and phone remain alternatives to the form.
Read the accessibility guidanceFollowing up on a request?
If you have an accepted inquiry reference, include it in your message so the subject is clear. Do not invent a reference from a page address. If you saw a connection error, explain that uncertainty rather than assuming the request was stored or immediately sending repeated copies.
Understand request and scope statusThe message you send
Keep correspondence separate from consent choices.
The inquiry form collects the details you enter so the operator can understand and answer your question. Analytics and advertising storage have separate controls. You do not have to allow them to make contact.
- Inquiry handling
The form records your contact details and message, the inquiry kind, any requested specification and your processing consent. Necessary server information includes your IP address, browser user-agent string and referring URL, together with the moments the form was rendered and sent.
Inquiries and their email copies are retained for 24 months. The hosting provider serves the site and stores the inquiry database; the mail provider carries the notification to the operator's inbox. The privacy notice gives the full data-use explanation.
- Support chat
A support session keeps the conversation and a browser token so you can return to it. It is not a public discussion or an account signup. Do not use it to send credentials. Chat transcripts are retained for 6 months.
Closing the panel is not a deletion request. If you want to ask about the conversation's personal data, use data requests rather than assuming the close control removes the record.
- Paid visits and click identifiers
Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads send traffic here. Their click identifiers are
gclid, msclkidandfbclid, respectively. An identifier can arrive in the landing URL before storage permission is given. It can be used to attribute a visit or inquiry, subject to the applicable consent choice. You do not need to copy a click identifier into your message. Optional attribution storage waits for permission. Microsoft's own handling is described in the Microsoft privacy statement.
- Storage decisions
Consent Mode v2 keeps
ad_storage,ad_user_data,ad_personalizationandanalytics_storagedenied until you allow the corresponding storage or use. Declining or withdrawing an allowance sets all four back to denied. Global Privacy Control is honoured as an opt-out without asking again.Denied signals restrict storage and personalisation; they are not a claim that advertising stops. Use Cookie choices below to change your decision. The cookie statement explains essential consent memory and optional platform measurement separately.
A clear starting point
One routine can be enough to discuss.
A workspace question does not need to cover the whole organisation. A browser question does not need to assume an entire job can run unattended. Describe the intended result and say which decision should remain with a person.
If the setup needs several areas, the inquiry can say so without promising a combined implementation. The next useful distinction is between what you are asking for and what an eventual agreement actually includes.
