Moxby website accessibility & help.
For help with a Moxby workspace inquiry, email or call us. This statement explains the website controls and their limits, including how to discuss a team workspace setup without completing the setup builder.
Use the keyboard to reach the controls.
Links and form controls use ordinary keyboard operation; no action requires a hover.
Press Tab to move forward through links and controls. Press Shift + Tab to move back. A visible outline identifies the current control. Use Enter for a link, and Enter or Space for a button. Native selection controls follow your browser's keyboard conventions.
The first link is Skip to content. Activating it moves to the main content rather than making you pass through the shared navigation on every page. Headings divide the content into named sections, so a screen reader's heading commands provide another route through the page.
Section links
TabEnterThe section links above this statement stay beneath the site header. On narrow screens the row scrolls within its own area. Tab through the links to reach a section that is outside the visible part of the row. The reading content below does not depend on scrolling that row.
Form fields
TabShift + TabEach visible field has a label. Instructions stay beside the field rather than disappearing when you start typing. Select menus and checkboxes are native controls, not drawn substitutes that require precise pointer movement.
Close controls
EscapeThe compact menu and utility panels have labelled controls. Use Close where it is shown; Escape is the keyboard dismissal route for enhanced disclosures. If a browser or assistive tool intercepts Escape, move to the visible Close control instead.
A reply route is enough.
Inquiry forms need a name, processing consent and either a phone number or an email address.
Phone and email are each labelled optional because neither is required on its own. Provide the one you want us to use. An address is optional too. The consent checkbox covers processing the request; it is separate from the site's optional analytics and advertising choices.
With the enhanced form, a rejected submission is explained in an error summary and next to the relevant field. Follow a summary link to return to the field. Entered details remain available to correct. A server or connection problem is not a receipt, even if the button was pressed successfully.
The team workspace setup builder uses labelled choices. Selecting Local workflows or Website actions also selects Browser assistant, because those requests involve browser-side work. The dependency is explained in text. You can describe the same requested setup by email instead of operating the builder.
If the live summary does not update, put your intended choices in the ordinary notes field. This site accepts inquiries, not online orders, so a selection does not buy a licence or commit you to an implementation.
- Information to leave out
- Do not enter passwords, private account links or personal records about other people. An accessibility report needs the affected control and what prevented you from using it, not evidence of a medical condition.
- A different route
- Email the request in ordinary text. You can ask us to use email rather than phone, or to explain a question in a different format. State what would help; you do not have to explain why you need it.
Motion is not needed to read the work.
The homepage's moving field and route are supporting visuals, not gates to content.
When your device requests reduced motion, the moving field remains hidden and its static colour treatment stays visible. The four-stage work route is fully drawn. Its written explanations remain in the page without requiring you to reach a particular scroll position.
The moving field sits in a separate band, not behind paragraphs or buttons. A device that cannot run the graphic gets the static version rather than an empty loading area. There is no autoplay video to stop before reading.
Use your browser's text size or zoom controls as needed. Reading sections reflow, and the margin notes on the privacy and data-request pages move beneath the paragraphs they explain on smaller screens. Labels and action text wrap instead of relying on a single fixed line.
Workflow photographs are illustrative. They are not the source of required form instructions or legal information. Alternative text identifies the subject; captions explain when a scene represents an illustrative workflow rather than a verified product screen.
The menu and support have named controls.
Use the visible control names rather than relying on an icon or colour alone.
At compact widths, Menu reveals the main navigation. Its expanded state is exposed to assistive technology. Without the enhanced menu behaviour, the navigation links remain in the document rather than becoming an inaccessible hidden list.
Support chat opens a conversation panel with a Close button and a privacy explanation. It is a support channel, not an indication that someone is currently online. Incoming messages appear in the conversation area; a failed connection is not replaced by a simulated reply.
Starting chat uses browser storage for a support-session token where storage is available. Closing the panel stops viewing the conversation but is not a request to erase it. Use Data requests for access or deletion questions. If chat is difficult to operate, use the contact details below without starting a session.
Cookie choices in the footer opens storage preferences. Analytics and advertising can be selected separately. Declining optional storage does not block reading or sending an inquiry. The cookie statement gives the storage details in a clause ledger.
This is not a conformance certificate.
These are website provisions and operating instructions, not a claim of tested compatibility with every assistive tool.
No tested accessibility conformance level or third-party certification is asserted here. This statement does not certify the Moxby workspace or browser assistant. If accessibility requirements affect a requested software setup, include those requirements in the scope discussion before relying on a product behaviour.
There are practical limits. Dynamic summaries require JavaScript. Support chat also needs a working connection to send messages and retrieve replies. Browser settings may prevent storage from retaining a support session. Photographic interface details are intentionally not readable product instructions. Linked third-party websites and their controls are outside this website's control.
We do not present that list as an excuse to leave a reported obstacle unexplained. If a control cannot be reached, text is obscured or an error message cannot be understood with your setup, tell us which page and what happened. A general description is enough to begin; supplying an assistive technology name is optional.
For a workspace with browser assistant, the accessibility of a target website needs separate consideration. A usable inquiry page does not establish that an action on another website can be performed accessibly. The browser assistant explanation describes the scope questions, and the terms on assurances distinguish website information from an agreed product scope.
Tell us which step stopped you.
You can request help by email or phone without completing an accessibility form.
Send the page filename or its public URL and describe the action you wanted to take. For example, say that you could reach the setup choices but not the send button. Remove advertising query parameters and any private information from a copied link.
Include your preferred way to receive an explanation. We may need to ask a follow-up question to understand the obstacle. There is no required report format and no need to send a diagnosis, identity document or password.
To continue a Moxby workspace inquiry, you can give the requested product area and describe the work directly. The inquiry process explains how to prepare a non-sensitive example. For a privacy request, the data-request page provides a separate route with verification guidance.
